Returns Policy

We will always honour your rights for a refund, repair or replacement as requried by the Australian Consumer Law. Unless covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

Wherever reasonable we will try and meet your expectations even for a "Change of mind" refund, provided it is returned within 14 days. f you wish to return an article, please make sure that:

• you return the invoice and indicate which article(s) you are returning
• the article concerned is undamaged and has not been washed
• the original labels are still attached to the clothing.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience more enjoyable. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
